Friday.....

Houseguests left, finally. I went to see my new therapist, Johnathon. The session went very well. I think that he will play a vital part in my quick recovery from these damn panic attacks. Afternoon was uneventful but I started feeling sick so I didn't make an entry. I went to bed but didn't get any sleep.

Saturday.....

I woke up very sick this morning. I think "sick" is the wrong word. I don't know if I have Bronchitis because of the sinus infection that I've had or I'm getting the flu. I should have gone to Urgent Care but I just couldn't. Each time I thought about having Mom take me up there (really long drive), I started having a panic attack. So, I opted to have Mom go to the store and get me some medicine instead. I don't feel any better and I'm not running a fever so I don't know what the hell is wrong with me.

Nonetheless, I have loused around on the couch for the whole day. I've taken the medicine, been drinking lots of water, eaten like I'm supposed to and tried to rest. I am going to try and get to sleep soon and maybe I'll wake up feeling better in the morning. If I don't feel better, off to Urgent Care whether I like it or not.
