Steady improvement
Today was another great day for me. I'm pleased that things are finally starting to steadily improve with the panic attacks. I'm getting all sorts of edification from Dick regarding my progress. Sharon thinks that I'm doing much better and Denice is so happy that I'm finally leaving the house on a regular basis.
I've had my issues with Matthew's behavior today but all in all I would say that it was a great day. I'm really tired tonight and think I'll try to sleep in tomorrow morning. Maybe it'll work if I threaten Scotty and Matthew within an inch of their live? We'll see. Just a quick note now I'm off to bed.
